On September 30, 2021, Todd Reeves, a 53-year-old White male, tragically lost his life in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was found seated in a wheelchair on Walton Avenue, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the quick response from Philadelphia Police officers who transported him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, he was pronounced deceased upon arrival.
