On March 2, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred at a 7-Eleven store in Phoenix, Arizona, near the intersection of 48th Street and McDowell Road. The incident resulted in the death of 27-year-old Kevin Turner and injuries to another man. The shooting happened around 2:30 a.m. when an argument broke out between the victims and the suspect, which escalated into gunfire.
