In the early morning hours of December 27, 2020, tragedy struck in a Phoenix, Arizona neighborhood. Jose Morales Roman, a 55-year-old man, was found with a gunshot wound near Kingman Street and 95th Avenue. The Phoenix Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the area at approximately 1:20 a.m.
