On a crisp autumn night in Phoenix, Arizona, a young man named David Paul Santiago went out for a night of music and dancing, an evening that tragically ended in his death. On November 25, 2012, the 22-year-old was at a rave party held at a venue located at 2102 North 23rd Avenue. In the early morning hours, at approximately 1:15 a.m., an altercation broke out in the parking lot outside the event.
