In the crisp evening air of Phoenix on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, a fatal encounter unfolded. At approximately 9:45 p.m., in the area of 3550 East Monte Vista Road, a man named Kipp Gray approached a vehicle that had come to a stop. Inside the car were two Hispanic males.
