On February 15, 2021, 19-year-old Xavier Henriquez was fatally shot in west Phoenix. The incident occurred near the intersection of 68th Avenue and Roosevelt Street, or as some reports specify, near 67th Avenue and Van Buren Street or 68th Avenue and Garfield Street.
