On a warm Easter Sunday in 2018, a festive gathering at a Phoenix park turned into a scene of tragedy. Timothy McGhee, a 46-year-old male, was fatally shot on April 1st at Eastlake Park. The park was filled with approximately 200 people enjoying the holiday when the sound of gunfire shattered the peaceful atmosphere.
