Murdered

A 35-year-old man was shot and killed in Phoenix early Sunday morning, and the shooter was still outstanding as of Monday afternoon, according to Phoenix police.

Officers found Gilbert Cordova, 35, lying in the street suffering from gunshot injuries shortly before 1 a.m. in the 4000 block of east Lynne Lane. He later died of his injuries at a hospital, officials said.

No witnesses or suspects have been located by police, according to a police statement.
