On a late Sunday morning in Phoenix, Arizona, a dispute between neighbors over a noise complaint turned fatal, ending the life of 33-year-old Nicasio Yzagere. The incident unfolded on May 22, 2022, at an apartment complex near Ocotillo Road and Black Canyon Highway.
