On May 22, 2022, a fatal shooting occurred in Phoenix, Arizona, following a dispute between neighbors over a noise complaint. The incident took place around 11:30 a.m. near the intersection of Ocotillo Road and Black Canyon Highway.

Nicasio Yzagere, a 33-year-old man, was involved in the dispute. The argument escalated when both Yzagere and his neighbor came out of their residences, each carrying a gun. This confrontation resulted in Yzagere being shot inside an apartment.
