In the summer of 2021, the life of 47-year-old Arthur Serrano Parra, a Hispanic male, was cut short in an act of gun violence in Phoenix, Arizona. On the evening of Sunday, August 8th, Parra was discovered inside a vehicle, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. The grim discovery was made by off-duty police officers in the vicinity of Central Avenue and Vineyard Road.
