On the warm summer night of July 25, 2022, the life of 46-year-old Hispanic male, Raymond De La Cerda, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter in Phoenix, Arizona. De La Cerda was driving his vehicle near the 2400 block of East McDowell Road when the situation turned fatal.
