In the winter of 2015, the life of 33-year-old Donavan Wiggan was cut tragically short in Phoenix, Arizona. On the afternoon of Thursday, January 22nd, Phoenix Police Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 3000 block of South 101st Drive after receiving a call about an open door at the home. Upon entering the residence, officers made a grim discovery; Wiggan had been shot to death inside.
