Aramis Ross, a 22-year-old Black man, was fatally shot in a road rage incident in Phoenix, Arizona, on the evening of November 13, 2024. The confrontation occurred around 6:30 p.m. near the intersection of Interstate 17 and Dunlap Avenue.
