In the early morning hours of Thursday, December 10, 2015, a violent encounter in a gentleman's club parking lot left one man dead and another critically injured. The incident occurred at approximately 12:45 a.m. in the south parking lot of the Essex Gentleman's Club, located at 4139 West Indian School Road in Phoenix. Twenty-five-year-old Cesar Vega was shot and died from his injuries. A second male victim was also shot and sustained critical injuries but survived the attack.
