On Thursday, December 10, 2015 at approximately 12:45 a.m., Cesar Vega and another victim were shot in the south parking lot of Essex Gentleman’s Club located at 4139 West Indian School Road in Phoenix. Cesar died as a result of the shooting. The other victim survived, but sustained critical injury. The suspect may have been inside the club prior to the incident.
