In the summer of 2019, a tragic incident cut short the life of 13-year-old Arthur Miles in Phoenix, Arizona. On the morning of July 2nd, while visiting a friend at an apartment complex near 19th Avenue and Roeser Road, Arthur was fatally shot. He was in a bedroom when his 16-year-old friend entered with a handgun he had recently acquired.
