David Villareal was an 18-year-old male Hispanic / Latino from Phoenix, Arizona, who was fatally shot on the night of November 5, 2019, in south Phoenix near 40th Street and Southern Avenue. Just before midnight, police were called to reports of gunfire in the area and found him lying in the street with two gunshot wounds.
