On a summer evening in Phoenix, Arizona, a young Hispanic man named Jose Manuel Gonzalez, aged 23, found his life cut tragically short. The events unfolded on July 19, 2018, at a Circle K gas station located near 35th Avenue and Osborn Road. Gonzalez was already at the gas station on foot when two vehicles pulled in.
