In the early hours of a Friday morning in Phoenix, Arizona, a prearranged meeting between two groups, ostensibly for a transaction conceived on social media, spiraled into deadly violence. The encounter, which took place near the intersection of 43rd Avenue and Bethany Home Road on August 20, 2021, erupted into a shootout, leaving three young men dead and another seriously wounded.
