On August 19, 2021, a tragic shooting incident occurred in Phoenix, Arizona, resulting in the deaths of three teenagers, including 19-year-old Victor M. Cruz. The incident took place in a parking lot near the intersection of 43rd Avenue and Bethany Home Road.
