In a west Phoenix apartment on June 7, 2025, the life of 20-year-old Kendre Pride was tragically cut short. Responding to a report of shots fired at approximately 5:10 p.m. near 32nd and Glendale avenues, Phoenix police officers discovered the young man inside an apartment, having sustained at least one gunshot wound. Despite the arrival of emergency services, Pride was pronounced deceased at the scene.
