On December 11, 2021, at approximately 3:45 a.m., the Phoenix Police Department responded to a call regarding a traffic collision in the area of 13th Avenue and Madison Street in Phoenix, Arizona. Upon arrival, officers found a vehicle that had veered off the road and crashed into a wall. However, it was determined that there was no actual collision, but rather the vehicle had driven off the side of the road and come to a stop.
