Police on Friday arrested a man suspected of fatally shooting another man during what was initially believed to be a home-invasion in northeast Phoenix.

Officers arrested 37-year-old Shaun Williams on Friday afternoon on suspicion of second-degree murder and prohibited possession of a weapon after determining his story didn't line up with what they saw in surveillance video from a nearby business, according to police and court records.
