In the pre-dawn hours of July 14, 2025, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of a residential neighborhood in west Phoenix. Angel Olguin, a 19-year-old male, was fatally shot in the incident, which occurred around 3:30 a.m. near 84th Avenue and Pioneer Street.
