In the spring of 2019, the life of 19-year-old Jacob Jesse Pacheco was cut tragically short. On the morning of Thursday, April 11, 2019, Phoenix police were called to the area of 600 W. Siesta Way, near the intersection of 7th Avenue and Dobbins Road, following a report of an injured person. Upon their arrival, they discovered Jacob unresponsive on the ground in a driveway. It was soon determined that he had been shot, and he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
