On February 21, 2023, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Phoenix police responded to a call of a shooting in a neighborhood near 60th Street and Acoma Drive. Upon arrival, officers found 24-year-old Dylan Forbes in a vehicle suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. Forbes was pronounced dead at the scene.
