In the quiet, pre-dawn hours of March 13, 2020, a violent encounter unfolded in Phoenix, Arizona, forever altering the course of one man's life. Patrick Pham, a male, was seated in his parked vehicle near Taylor Street and 66th Avenue when he was targeted by unknown assailants in what authorities believe was an attempted robbery. During the commission of the crime, a firearm was discharged, and Pham sustained a critical gunshot wound.
