On the evening of December 8, 2022, Eduardo Antonio Uzueta, a 28-year-old male, was killed in Phoenix, Arizona, while enjoying a holiday tradition with his family. He, his girlfriend, and their two children were driving around a neighborhood to look at Christmas lights. The festive outing took a tragic turn when Uzueta parked his car in the 6600 block of West Fillmore Street to have a smoke.
