In the early morning hours of July 16, 2022, the life of 19-year-old Robert Xavier Cardona was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. Phoenix police responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 40th Avenue and Roosevelt Road around 1:15 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Cardona in a nearby field with an apparent gunshot wound.
