Delmarc Forrester, a 29-year-old resident of Phoenix, Arizona, was fatally shot on December 24, 2014. The incident occurred outside his house on Tamarisk Avenue. According to the police, Forrester and his girlfriend had gone to pick up her 6-year-old daughter from Louis Davis, the child’s father. This encounter led to a dispute over holiday visitation arrangements.
