On October 8, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in a north Phoenix neighborhood, resulting in the deaths of 54-year-old Preston Windus and his 19-year-old son, Daniel Windus. Preliminary investigations suggest that Daniel Windus fatally shot his father, Preston, inside their home.

The incident was reported when a caller, identified as Preston's wife, contacted the dispatcher stating that her husband had been shot. She expressed her belief that their son was responsible for the shooting. ...Read More
