In the early morning hours of May 9, 2023, a welfare check in a Phoenix, Arizona neighborhood led to a grim discovery. Just before 5:30 a.m., near 19th Avenue and Butler Drive, officers found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. The man, identified as 24-year-old Walter Morman IV, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
