In the early morning hours of February 19, 2022, a dispute in a Phoenix, Arizona strip mall escalated to violence, ending the life of 42-year-old Ildefonso Bustamante. The Hispanic male was discovered deceased from a gunshot wound near an apartment complex at 32nd Street and Sheridan Street as daylight broke.
