On a quiet Christmas morning in Phoenix, Arizona, the life of 34-year-old Jesus Rodriguez Beltran was tragically cut short. In the early hours of December 25, 2024, at approximately 5:40 a.m., police responded to a call of a person shot at a park-and-ride located at 19th Avenue and Montebello Avenue.
