Melvin L. Blackmon, born on December 5, 1975, tragically lost his life on October 16, 2017, in Kansas City, Missouri. On that fateful evening, a resident heard the sound of gunshots and, upon investigating, found Blackmon lying on the side of the street at 8323 Lydia. He had been shot multiple times. Despite the efforts of the Kansas City Missouri Police Department, the case remains unsolved, and the investigation is ongoing.
