On a Sunday evening in Phoenix, Arizona, a life was tragically cut short. Hector Olivas, a 37-year-old Hispanic man, was found in the middle of the 2100 block of East Garfield Street just before 9 p.m. on February 10, 2019, suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency services rushed him to a local trauma center in extremely critical condition, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
