Murdered

On February 10, 2019, Hector Olivas, a 37-year-old man, was fatally shot in Phoenix, Arizona. The incident occurred around 8:57 p.m. in the area of 2100 East Garfield Street. Officers responded to the scene after reports of a possible shooting and found Olivas in the middle of the street, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a local trauma center but did not survive his injuries.
