Javier Herrera, a 21-year-old male, was fatally shot in Phoenix, Arizona, on the evening of March 4, 2021. At approximately 10:00 p.m., Herrera was riding his bicycle in a store parking lot located at 1625 W. Buckeye Road when he was struck by gunfire. The shots were fired from a group of males and females who were in a field just to the east of the location. Police have stated that Herrera was an innocent bystander and had no involvement with the individuals who were shooting. He died at the sc ...
