Javier Herrera, a 21-year-old male, was fatally shot in Phoenix, Arizona, on the evening of March 4, 2021. At approximately 10:00 p.m., Herrera was riding his bicycle in a store parking lot located at 1625 W. Buckeye Road when he was struck by gunfire. The shots were fired from a group of males and females who were in a field just to the east of the location.
