On a Tuesday evening in Phoenix, Arizona, the life of 61-year-old David Mendoza, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short. On March 24, 2020, police responded to reports of gunfire in the vicinity of the 4200 block of 5th Street, near Broadway Road.
