In the warm evening hours of July 4, 2016, a festive gathering at a Phoenix, Arizona mobile home park turned into a scene of tragedy. Armando Cardona, a 45-year-old White/Caucasian male, was fatally shot in what appeared to be a random act of violence. The incident, which took place at the Southern Meadows trailer park in the Laveen area, also claimed the life of his 35-year-old girlfriend, Naomi Innis.
