Phoenix police have little information about a fatal shooting that occurred in a town home Monday night and are asking the public for information.

The 33-year-old Steven Harris was shot on the first floor of the home near Broadway Road and 40th Street while his wife and two small children were upstairs -- they were unharmed and did not witness the attack, police said.
