In the evening hours of September 25, 2020, a tragedy unfolded at a Phoenix, Arizona apartment complex that claimed the life of Henry 'Jimmy' Ochoa III. The 22-year-old Hispanic man was fatally shot near the intersection of 35th and Dunlap Avenues. Phoenix police received a call about the shooting at approximately 8 p.m. and promptly arrived at the scene. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Ochoa, who was pronounced dead from his injuries right there at the apartment complex.
