In the summer of 2018, a confrontation at a Phoenix apartment complex tragically cut short the life of 34-year-old Joseph Sylvie II. On the evening of July 11th, a dispute escalated, culminating in gunfire that left Sylvie fatally wounded. He was a man remembered by loved ones as fun, loving, and respectful, a father to a daughter, and a hardworking individual who held jobs as a cell phone tower technician and in fleet washing.
