In the early evening of Tuesday, October 8, 2019, a dispute between two men at the corner of 19th and Glendale Avenues in Phoenix escalated into a fatal encounter. During the altercation, 28-year-old Chad Harris was shot. Emergency services were called to the scene, and Harris was quickly transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
