On the evening of October 2, 2023, a tragedy unfolded at an apartment complex in Phoenix, Arizona, forever altering the lives of one family. Thirty-year-old Rayshaun McCune, a male, was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the vicinity of 3840 North 43rd Avenue. The Phoenix Police Department received a call about the shooting at approximately 8:47 p.m. and dispatched officers to the scene. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. McCune with life-threatening injuries.
