On August 21, 2024, Brian Nesbitt, a 37-year-old man from Baltimore, Maryland, was shot and killed in the 800 block of South Paca Street. The incident occurred around 12:25 PM when police responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Nesbitt suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
