Wayne Phillips, a 24-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on the evening of July 10, 2019. He was fatally shot in the 1200 block of North Milton Avenue. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m., when Phillips was approached and shot once behind his right ear. The investigation revealed that Phillips was dating the ex-girlfriend of Bryant Woodley, who was identified as the perpetrator. At the time of the murder, Phillips' girlfriend was pregnant with his child.
