Jasper Tone Thomas, a 27-year-old resident of Baltimore, MD, was tragically shot and killed on February 1, 2019. The incident occurred near the intersection of Edmondson Avenue and Monroe Street in West Baltimore. Officers responded to reports of a shooting victim at a local hospital, where Thomas was being treated for gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
