George Scarborough, aged 48, was a resident of Baltimore, Maryland, and formerly from Crisfield, Maryland. He tragically lost his life on July 22, 2013, after being found in the basement of an apartment building in Baltimore that was set on fire. This fire was determined to be intentionally set, leading to his death being classified as a homicide. Scarborough was transported to the University of Maryland Medical Center, where he eventually succumbed to his injuries.
