On New Year's Day in 2018, the life of 16-year-old Andre Galloway was tragically cut short, marking him as Baltimore's first homicide victim of the year. The young man, a student at Frederick Douglass High School and The SEED School of Maryland, was discovered in the 2000 block of Eagle Street with a gunshot wound to his neck at approximately 3:40 p.m.
