In the late hours of a Thursday evening in Baltimore, tragedy struck the 5200 block of Saybrook Avenue. On February 1, 2024, at approximately 10:51 p.m., police responded to a call for a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered 46-year-old Charles Banks, a male, suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
