Dwayne Davis, a 41-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on June 4, 2022. Davis was found deceased at approximately 6:17 p.m. in the 1900 block of Wilhelm Street. The cause of death was determined to be a fatal gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Initial reports indicated that officers were first called to the area of Ramsay and Ashton streets for a shooting, but Davis was ultimately located on Wilhelm Street.
