In the warm evening of June 20, 2023, in west Phoenix, Arizona, the life of 17-year-old Fabian Ulises Rivera, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short. Just after 11 p.m., he was discovered with a life-threatening gunshot wound and rushed to a local hospital. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries, leaving a void in the lives of those who knew him.
